Stephanie Bell, is the Air Traffic Test Lead for the Enterprise Capability Testing Branch, ANG-E57. She leads a team of Air Traffic Controller Subject matter Experts (SME’s) and test practitioners who provide quality test and evaluation products and services to ensure that current national airspace system (NAS) and future air transportation systems are efficiently and comprehensively verified and validated, using best practices and quality standards. Stephanie Joined the FAA in 1988 as a permeant employee for the Technical Center. In her 34 years of Federal service there, she conducted, led, and over saw a wide range of aviation research and test activities and projects to evaluate and validate future technologies, concepts, and operational procedures in surveillance, navigation, weather systems, new aircraft operations and air traffic management. tephanie enjoys all things tech-related, along with the construction industry. She currently resides in Galloway Township, New Jersey.
